How to block Yahoo Messenger especially when it uses port 80? I using a CISCO router 1801. Please help!?

Actually the CISCO router 1801 has a direct option of blocking Yahoo Messenger, however its too strict that even the address page under yahoo mail is blocked. So I need to block Yahoo messenger but also not affect the mail access.
