What Would you Choose for Your Vacation Home?

I have always wanted a cabin in the woods on a mountain. I wanted it to be totally self sustaining and ecologically earth friendly. My plans include solar, geothermal, windmills, rain barrels, cistern, recycled or green building materials and furniture and even a composting toilet.
