WMP can't play this dvd.problem w/digital copy protection between dvd drve, decoder and video card.help me

this is the message I get when i attempt to play a dvd. Windows Media Play cannot play this dvd because there is a problem with digital copy protection between your dvd drive, decoder, and video card. Try installing an updated driver for your video card. I don't understand. Please help.
