Today i accidentally cut my dog on its neck/head (collar line) how can i treat it?

Shes probably fine. Im not sure if I would use anti bacterial soap to wash any cut, let alone a dogs. If the bandage isnt sticking well enough youll want to shave the area around the cut so the hair doesnt interfere.(Carefully!)
