Nursery ideas for a baby with your suggestions?

since i don't want to know the of my baby i want some unique ideas for a nursery i don't want a kiddish nursery theme jsut pretty color and other given ideas i thought bout taking all of my decorations and cards, and wrapping paper, and bows, and bags from my shower and somehow use those items on the walls or maybe make wallpaper out of it all and my cards as a border let me kow ur feelings on this thanks
