Living and working in former russian countries. who has info?

I am very interested to live next winter in eastern europe ( Moldova, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine etc.) I am german 34 years old sales professional, fluent in 4 languages but not russian. any ideas? dont need a job there but would be nice.
