Hi..my mom right now is really sick and we don't know whats wrong can anyone help?

Symptoms: migraine behind her right eye and blindness. she is throwing up and cant keep anything down. the worst part is she has high blood pressure and cant even keep her medicine down and without the medicine it can lead to issues far worse then a migraine . She says that a recent surgery she had on her left side to remove a blood clot is hurting. She just turned 50. We have an appointment with the docter at 5pm but untill then we are left to believe the worst...
