How to lose about 5 pounds in weight?

Your better off running around your neighborhood. Doing sprints and other outside activities. Make sure protein is high, 1 gram per pound of body weight. Spread this 5 to 6 meals a day. Do body weight exercises if you have no access to gym. Push ups and pull ups. Gallon water spread entire day. Sleep 8 hours a nigt and 5 pounds will be gone quicker then you think. Good luck!
