I have been interviewed for ausie taxation fraud, i gave no comments interview and left the country?

i have been interviewed for australian taxation fraud, i gave no comments interview and left the country to apply for a visa. my partner is in australia.i have mad contacts to the Police in aust they said i have no warrents/summon issued against my name. but but they will interview me once im back in the country andi have to let them know the date. as im under the process of my visa application, the police check is the last requirment and im worying about only one thing that if police check showes i have a pending court case then my application will not be successful so please tell me what are the chances it will show inmy police check? as i wrote i gave no comments inerview and havent been charged and havent been arrested when i was interviewd but my ouse was searched by the cops. plz answer me
