I'm looking for community service programs for my group to be involved with in Reno, NV. Any ideas?

I'm in a local organization that operates to better humankind, and I would like to know of any good sites where I might be able to find information about projects that we may all participate in. We are funded by the University of Nevada, Reno; therefore, I want to find places close to the school within Reno where we may be able to volunteer our services. If anyone has a program that they would like more people to become involved with or knows of any websites for Reno, NV please, let me know. Thank you!
