Is it a waste to NBA Fans and The NBA To have such a great talent Like Kevin Durant in such a small market?

no because that 'small market' can still bring in a all star talent during the season. they were being talked about last year bringing in chris bosh, and they still have the capability to do something like that. im not talking get chris bosh but someone else like say david west or antawn jamison. big contracts for a small market pretty much proves their not a small market team.
