Mozilla firefox help?

when you save something or open certain files, mozilla firefox will ask you if you want to open the file or save it and it has a box for you to check if you want firefox to automatically open or save that sort of file (mp3, wma, jpeg). well, i acidentally check that box, do you know how to undo this?
