Spotting with placenta increta?

I am 34-35 weeks pregnant, baby is measuring 6lbs 5ozs already, and I have placenta increta and high amniotic fluid. I have been spotting, and my doc says its not good, but I'm not bleeding heavily so I can continue on bedrest at home. She says the blood vessels are infusing which is causing my spotting. I'm still a little worried though and would like to know if anyone else has been through this and what my chances are of bleeding heavily before my c section? I will be getting a hysterectomy as well. I am very scared because I know there is a chance I could bleed to death, and everytime I go to my doctor I feel as though she is nervous/scared herself. She has gotten fully prepared by having everything already ready, but everything is still makin me nervous.
