This one is for the Fashionistas!?

do you guys ever wear pencil skirts with peep hole heels? or do they have to be pumps? I have a great skirt(charcoal gray) and cute silky top(plum/burgundy) that I plan to wear tucked in(its got some y *** small ruffles going on) in the front-anyway the shoes are peep hole and a bit shiny(black) just wondering if it would look right
