Has the 'loyal opposition' concept died completely?

I'm a person who believes America as you and I knew her doesn't exist anymore, she died when someone ordered the hit on JFK. I have a feeling some American business folks who were Nazi collaborators early on in WWII probably should have been executed instead of being allowed to become War Department officials, maybe there would still be an America if they were....but they weren't and there isn't. stuff happens......yeah the loyal opposition concept's dead, it's all about being a Democrat or a Republican these days .....being an Americans is a forgotten afterthought....it's by design.
